Happy 4th of July
We enjoyed the fireworks show at the Savannah Yacht Club last night. A true Savannah local tradition and Rhett loved every minute of it. Gigi, GrandDaddy, Aunt Fran, Uncle David and Cousin Annie were all there. Rhett shagged with Gigi and GrandDaddy and had fun playing in the grass. He loves the texture!

Rhett goes Easter Egg Hunting
Our neighborhood had their annual Easter Egg Hunt – we know that Rhett probably won’t remember this and he probably had no idea what we were doing, but it sure was fun for us to experience new things with our little man! He is starting to put everything into his mouth – including the Easter Eggs! We also met the Easter Bunny – he didn’t know WHAT to think! Gigi, The Walls and The Skinners came, too – we all had a great time!

New Traditions Begin
We are so excited to walk in one of the largest St. Patrick’s Day Parades in the country on Saturday! We are busy prepping our attire and decorating the float and stroller. Can’t wait to share photos, but for now, enjoy a blast from the past with one of the original McCarthy floats! Patrick is at the top!

Happy 3 Months to Rhett
We started the day with a goodbye from Lolli who had come to visit this weekend! We were glad to have her visit and sad to see her go! Then, we dressed in head to toe green and headed to the Cathedral! Grand Daddy Pat had built a beautiful cross in memory of Uncle Mike and it was being blessed by Monsignor O’Neill! Next up, the Celtic Cross Mass to kick up the St. Patrick’s Day Festivities this week! What a great way to spend his 3 month birthday – celebrating his Irish heritage!
